I’m so thankful that my primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Chou.   She has everything that I look for in a specialist:  she is personable, very knowledgeable, and practical.

She’s relatable as a person and understands her patient’s needs.  Dr. Chou really knows her stuff and it shows!  She quickly answered every question I had and provided answers in a non-medical way that I could understand.  Finally, she offered affordable solutions to my foot pain that work with my active lifestyle.

Wow, what a great experience! I had a list of questions prepared, and went in thinking I just needed new orthotics, and knew I needed new running shoes (had both since before the pandemic), but Dr. Chou educated me on why not to use the standard bad sizing advice given in the past, as that contributed to the other concerns on my list.

And she put in a pre-authorization to save on time, if after getting new runnings shoes I feel that I still need to replace my orthotics. What a thorough and thoughtful doctor and a well-run office!

Upon arriving in the very comfortable office suite, the staff greeted me with warmth and efficiency. Very short wait before meeting with Eva, the assistant, who explained what to expect. Dr. Chou asked questions and examined my feet in thorough and professional way.

She explained her findings and made recommendations in an understandable way. She responded to my questions and asked for a followup. Following this the staff coordinated payment and appointment in professional and personable style. I can recommend Dr. Chou’s practice. LD

I am so thankful my primary care Dr. referred me to Dr. Chou’s office. This office is top notch. Everyone from the admin to the assistants to Dr. Chou herself are all professional, proficient, personable and friendly. When you walk in the door you are greeted immediately and I often barely have time to sit down before the assistant is asking me to go to a room.

I have watched as the admin person handles an influx of people waiting to make appointments, to be checked in or handling their orders all at once and yet is very upbeat, quick and professional. The assistants are the same… quick, listen to your issues, write them all down so when the dr comes in she knows exactly what is going on. Everyone in this office is the bomb!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Chou and her staff.  Dr. Chou was very professional and listened to my concerns. I was actually seen before my appointment time, which has never happened with any physician in the past. She is the best Podiatrist I’ve had since my previous Podiatrist retired and moved away. She is the most conscientious Podiatrist I’ve ever been treated by.  I will continue seeing Dr. Chou.
